Offland® use Royal Mail for all deliveries to the UK.  As soon as an order is received work begins, from there, products can take several days to make.  Because each product is made to order dispatch times will vary but we will keep you informed of progress.

Standard UK Delivery 3-5 Working Days,Tracked UK Delivery £12.00 <5kg.

Collection in person can be arranged from our Offland® barge store (central London) or our workshop in Llanidloes.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & RETURNING GOODS

 Our products are bespoke and made for your order, it is not possible to return any product unless there is a genuine fault. If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase contact us within 7 days of receipt by email:  info@offland.co.uk

To return an item:
 

1. Email within 7 days of delivery to info@offland.online with your name, order number and reason for your return.

2. Return the product unworn and in its original condition and packaging using Royal Mail Registered Delivery. 

3. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

* If the return is due to anything other than an Offland® error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  The buyer is responsible for lost items;     a ‘signed for’ delivery method and proof of postage is recommended.

* Products sent back for return that appear worn or soiled will not be refunded or returned. They will be donated to a local charity.

* Postage will not be refunded, just the cost of the product.
